Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RollCall (the "Service"), operated by StellarPossible, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RollCall. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact details current.
Acceptable Use
You may use RollCall to organize tabletop role-playing games, manage rosters, schedule sessions, and communicate with your gaming community. You may not harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to access accounts you do not own, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, message board posts, uploaded files, characters). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for content you post and for obtaining rights to materials you upload.
Intellectual Property
RollCall, its branding, and original software are owned by StellarPossible, LLC. Game rules referenced through the Service may be offered under open licenses (such as the SRD). RollCall is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or other rights holders.
Subscriptions and Billing
Optional Premium subscriptions for members are billed through Stripe. Prices, features, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel through the billing portal. Refunds are handled according to Stripe and applicable law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to the Privacy Policy regarding data retention.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that player matching will result in a successful game.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StellarPossible, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RollCall. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
