Child Safety Standards
RollCall commitment
RollCall, operated by StellarPossible, LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to our website, Android app, and any other RollCall services.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use RollCall to create, upload, share, solicit, or distribute CSAM or content that sexualizes, grooms, or exploits minors. You may not use RollCall to facilitate contact with minors for abusive or exploitative purposes. Accounts used for CSAE or CSAM are permanently banned.
Age requirement
RollCall is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed for use by children. Users must be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Reporting in RollCall
If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE or CSAM, report it immediately using the in-app feedback form (choose “Bug report” or “Other” and describe the issue) or email [email protected] with the username, game or session involved, and any relevant links or screenshots.
Enforcement and CSAM response
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on RollCall, we act promptly: we remove the content, suspend or terminate the responsible accounts, preserve records as required by law, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline and to other relevant authorities as applicable.
Legal compliance
RollCall complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including U.S. reporting obligations for CSAM.
