This Privacy Policy explains how StellarPossible, LLC ("RollCall," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and mobile applications.
Information We Collect
Account data: username, email, password (stored hashed), display names, and profile preferences. Game data: roster memberships, characters, session schedules, RSVPs, message board posts, and uploaded avatars or handouts. Location data: city, state, ZIP, and travel radius you voluntarily provide for matching — we do not continuously track GPS unless you grant permission in the mobile app for address lookup. Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store subscription status, not full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, device type, and push notification tokens when you enable mobile notifications.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate RollCall: authenticate you, match players with games, send session reminders and invites, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We may send product updates you can opt out of via notification preferences.
Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated game data subject to backup retention periods and legal obligations.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
You may update profile and notification preferences in the app, download a copy of your data from profile settings, and delete your account at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal data — contact us to exercise those rights.
Children's Privacy
RollCall is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
International Users
RollCall is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from other regions, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised policy with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
